Zoning Permits

Zoning Permit Applications must be submitted to the Zoning Officer, reviewed, and approved before you can begin activities.

Under no circumstances will a Zoning Permit Application be accepted without an attached survey. Also, taxes must be current in order for an application to be processed. Please note that the Borough does not have copies of property surveys on file.

Questions regarding a permitted use in a zone, or the classification of a particular property (which zone) can only be addressed by the Zoning Officer. The Borough staff are not authorized to address questions regarding zoning.
