Outside water use in the Borough shall be allowed between
the hours of 5am to 9am ad 5pm to 9pm according to § 94-2

(a) All properties on west side of Delsea Drive watering
     shall be on even-numbered calendar days
(b) All properties on east side of Delsea Drive watering
     shall be on odd-numbered calendar days
(c) No watering is allowed on the 31st of every month
 Violations and penalties strictly enforced: First Offense $50, Second Offense $100-$300, Third Offense $300 - $500
