Elk Township Joint Municipal Court

About Us

In December 2011, the Borough of Clayton joined with Elk Township for municipal court services. The combined court is called the Elk Township Joint Municipal Court. Court sessions are only held in Elk Township and are no longer held at the Borough of Clayton.
