2022 PTR Blue Booklets have been mailed out by the State of NJ. 

Please complete Part 1 of form PTR-1A or PTR-2A.  You may either mail in or drop off that one-page form to be completed by the Tax Collector along with a self-addressed stamped envelope.  We will complete that page and return it to you in your envelope.
